Booking a tour with Gaijin Ride means you accept these terms.

Pricing & inclusions

Prices are per vehicle, in Japanese yen, and include the driver, fuel, parking, and tolls. Entrance fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless stated.

Pickup area

Free pickup and drop-off applies anywhere within Tokyo's 23 wards. Additional charges may apply outside this area.

Duration & overtime

Most tours are 10 hours; Tokyo is 8 hours; the Mt Fuji S-Class option is 8 hours. Extra time is charged at 5,000 JPY per hour.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is generally available up to 7 days before the tour. Closer cancellations may incur a fee. Specific terms will be confirmed at booking.

Languages

Tour support is in English and Japanese only. Multilingual website support is provided for reading only.
